Ingredients:
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced 2 cups of thinly sliced par-boiled carrots, broccoli and sweet potatoes 1 cup green peas and corn 1 cup creamed of chicken |
2 cups of chicken broth4 to 5 pods of sliced garlic Salt and pepper 1 1/2 cups instant biscuit mix 1-cup milk 4 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place the chicken, par-boiled and sliced vegetables, sliced garlic and eggs in layers. Mix in the chicken broth and cream of chicken and pour it over the layers. Season it with salt and pepper. Next stir together the biscuit mix and milk, and pour over the casserole. Drizzle the rest of the olive oil over the topping. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes until the topping in golden brown.

Directions: First, put the spaghetti pasta in a pan of boiling salted water. Once pasta is almost cooked, drain out the water and pour one spoon of olive oil over them to avoid stickiness. For the sauce, Scoop out the avocado flesh and discard the pips and skin. Blend it in a blender with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, basil, pesto and salt. Blend it until the mix is smooth and creamy. Coat the spaghetti with the avocado pesto paste and serve.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups instant biscuit mix 4 tablespoons Flour 4 tablespoons Cocoa |
1½ cup Sugar |
Directions: Preheat oven at 150 degrees F. For the pizza base, mix instant biscuits with milk into a dough-like consistency. Spread out in a pizza pan by pressing down with your hand. Place in the oven and bake until golden brown and crusty. Set aside to cool. For the topping, combine the sugar, cocoa and flour. Mix it with the rest of the milk and egg yolk in a saucepan over a low flame. Whisk the mixture continuously – while breaking any lumps – until the sauce is thick and creamy. Let it cool. Once cool, spread the thick sauce over the biscuit base and top it with sliced fresh strawberries arranged all over to cover the entire base. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the pizza. Slice and serve.
