Have lots of leftover ingredients in your kitchen from the holidays and no desire to eat them? To help you out, we have found DIY skin care recipes that will help you use up the extra ingredients and improve the look and feel of your skin!
Have a Berry Happy Seder Mask (for all skin types)
1/3 cup of blueberries
2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
1 tablespoon of matzah meal
Place the blueberries in a glass bowl and smash them with a fork. Add other ingredients and mix well. Spread it on your face, neck, or chest. Leave it on for fifteen to twenty minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
EGG WHITE FACIAL
Strawberry Fields for Easter (for all oily skin types—also good to use on areas where you have breakouts)
1 egg white
3 or 4 large organic strawberries, hulled
1 tablespoon of honey
Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl until frothy. Blend strawberries and honey. Add mixture and cornmeal to egg white and mix. Apply to a wet, clean face and leave on for twenty minutes. Rinse off with room-temperature water.
