No plans this weekend? Perfect! Take the opportunity to detox with these four simple steps:
1) Start Friday night with a facial tea steam followed by a clay mask. Remain makeup free for the whole weekend so your skin can breathe.
2) Cut out refined sugars, caffeine and processed foods. Load up on alkaline minerals like calcium, potassium and magnesium. Maybe add a probiotic to your diet.
3) Drink lots of room temperature water with lemon – this will aid digestion and flush out toxins. Also consider adding an herbal detox tea with ingredients that flush out impurities like ginger, dandelion and cinnamon.
