Working in forward bending yoga poses such as Uttanasana (standing forward bend) Downward-Facing Dog, and Child’s Pose into your day will help replenish skin cells with oxygen. Because your head faces toward the ground with these poses, blood flows into the face faster, bringing with it oxygen and other helpful nutrients that fight free radicals, encourage skin cell renewal, and give the visage a rosy glow.

Central heating systems blast hot dry air throughout our homes and offices. Dry air can steal moisture from your skin. Humidifiers put moisture in the air, which stops it from stealing from your skin.

    Great post. I regularly do 20 minutes of jogging and drink almost 7 – 8
    cups of water everyday. Thanks for sharing this post. I would include
    cucumber juice into my diet.
